The session was fantastic. I really appreciated the initial guided imagery and meditation. I felt so light and relaxed. It was almost trance-like, and before I knew it, the session was over. I slept so well the evening of the session and the day after, I felt so calm and relaxed. This is huge for me, since l've been suffering with anxiety that has left me tense most days. I can't wait for the next session.

Yeah wow I didn't realize how much it would help me. I didn't have an expectation going into it just a hope really that I would feel better but I ended up feeling amazing afterwards. It definitely felt like a release. Like my body was holding onto something, but I wasn't even aware of how or how much. And after the session I felt this release from that which allowed those emotions to move through my body. I didn't realize that I could process those things this way, I always felt as if there's this mental component that needed to be figured out and that would physiologically relieve what that tension was. It was eye opening when it happened just after a session. So thank you very very much!

My Reiki session with Martha was amazing!! During the second half of the session I felt a lot of movement of energy between my chakras and a few prominent moments of release and I felt extremely peaceful the whole time. She really has a way of putting you at ease and guiding you energetically through the session. I didn't realize how impactful the session was until the next day.
On the day of my Reiki session with Martha I woke up with the start of a cold and I had also been experiencing some tightness and discomfort in my hips.
The day after the session I felt 100%: my cold symptoms were gone and my hips felt great! Also, Martha followed up with me after the session and told me a very powerful message that her higherself had given her while she was working on me.
After setting my intention for the Reiki session, she received the message, 'she needs to fill her cup to fulfill this intention' from her higher self / guides.
This was a message I very much needed to hear and embody as I have been burning the candle at both ends for months. I'm so grateful to Martha for drawing my energy and attention back to my needs, which I had put on the back burner for too long. Her intuitive, caring and holistic approach to Reiki will surely help with any physical, emotional or energetic blockages you may be experiencing and I cannot recommend Martha enough!!
